Delivery, Returns & Copyright Policy
Last updated: 26 July 2026
Purpose of This Policy
This policy is designed to protect both the customer and the integrity of the artwork, ensuring safe delivery, fair returns, and responsible handling of original pieces. Original artworks are unique, one‑of‑a‑kind pieces. Any reproduction, digital capture, or copying significantly diminishes their value and constitutes a breach of copyright.
Delivery & Shipping
Delivery pricing and timelines depend on the artwork’s format, dimensions, destination, and the level of protective packaging required. For customers based near Sutton or Carshalton in South London, local collection may be arranged by prior agreement.
Orders are normally dispatched within 2 business days of payment, unless an alternative timeframe has been agreed.
Cancelling Standard Distance Orders
For standard online or distance purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after you receive your artwork. You do not need to provide a reason.
To cancel, please email mdkpatel@yahoo.co.uk with your order details. Once you’ve notified Dharmishta of your cancellation, the artwork must be returned within 14 days. Items should be securely packaged and returned in their original condition.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
International Orders
Customers outside the UK have the same 14‑day cancellation rights for standard online purchases. Additional conditions apply:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any customs, import duties, or handling fees incurred when returning the artwork to the UK must be paid by the customer.
Artwork must be returned using a tracked and insured service to ensure safe arrival.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Condition of Returned Artwork
Returned artwork must be in its original condition and must not have been copied, scanned, digitised, photographed, reproduced, or used in any way that infringes copyright. If an artwork is returned showing signs of reproduction, digital capture, or any form of copying, the refund may be refused or reduced to reflect the loss of value and breach of copyright.
Artwork must be packaged securely, ideally in the original packaging, to prevent damage during transit. Refunds may be reduced if the item is returned in a diminished condition.
By returning the artwork, you confirm that it has not been copied, scanned, digitised, photographed, or reproduced in any form.
